REEF Coaching™
Reframe Education Executive Function Coaching
Our signature EF Coaching program for learners from middle school through university and into adult life
Executive functions are the thinking skills we use to help us set goals, make decisions, and solve problems in all areas of life. Research in neuroscience has shown that our brains are not static and that, due to neuroplasticity, they have the capacity to grow and change when new ways of thinking and acting are introduced.
Our Reframe EF Coaching program is designed for anyone who struggles with starting or completing tasks, holding pieces of information in mind, paying attention, controlling impulses, making a plan, thinking flexibly, organizing their thoughts and belongings or managing time.
Using a collaborative coaching model, we work with you to determine areas of focus and then provide you with the cognitive skills and strategies you need to reach your goals. Changing old ways of thinking and doing takes effort, but the results of this work are life-changing.

An evidence based, supportive, and personalized approach rooted in phonetic principles
When children struggle with reading and writing, school can feel overwhelming and stressful. At Reframe Education, we create a safe, supportive space where students can feel comfortable learning the skills they need to be confident readers and writers.
Our OG Practitioners are highly skilled at meeting each student at their level and progressing at their pace rather than on a set timeline. In this sequential, multi-sensory, step by step approach to literacy instruction, students experience success in every lesson and leave feeling proud of what they have achieved each day.
All OG lessons include benchmark assessments and progress monitoring.

Multi-sensory Keyboarding with OG Writing Instruction
Learn to keyboard by touch while developing the grammar and mechanics of writing
We teach keyboarding in a unique, integrated way that helps children develop writing skills alongside typing proficiency. Using rhyme, repetition, and a multi-sensory approach, we incorporate Orton-Gillingham–based instruction in sentence structure, punctuation, grammar, and paragraph organization—all while building lifelong keyboarding skills. This approach is inspired by the work of OG pioneer Diana Hanbury King.
