"I started working with Reframe Education after being diagnosed with ADHD a few years ago. Being diagnosed later in life meant not only learning about ADHD, but also beginning to understand why some things had been challenging for me for so many years. I was trying to better understand how ADHD affected the way I worked, organized myself, managed my time, and handled everything I had going on in my life.

Working with Jo Stebbings as my executive function coach has been incredibly helpful. There is a lot of information and support available for children with ADHD, but finding the right kind of support as an adult can be much harder. Jo has helped me better understand how my brain works and, more importantly, develop practical strategies that actually work for me. She has never made the process feel like I simply needed to become more organized or try harder. Instead, we’ve worked on finding realistic ways to manage the things I struggle with while also recognizing and making use of my strengths.

One of the things I appreciate most about Jo is how practical and supportive she is. Our sessions are always relevant to what is actually happening in my life, and I leave with ideas and strategies I can put into practice rather than just theory.

My experience with Jo and Reframe Education has made a real difference in how I approach both my work and my personal life. Being diagnosed with ADHD as an adult has involved a lot of learning and, in some ways, relearning how I approach things. Having someone like Jo to help me navigate that has been invaluable.
